Before you get in touch
How quickly can you come and look at the job?
Usually within a few days for a quote, and sooner if you are working to a deadline such as a sale or a builder's programme.
Ring 01924 922953 and tell us your timescale. If we cannot hit it we will say so rather than string you along.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The site visit, the measure up and the written price cost you nothing and there is no obligation afterwards.
We would rather spend twenty minutes on your wall than give you a number over the phone that turns out to be wrong.
Can I get a rough idea before you visit?
Often, yes. Send photos of each elevation you are thinking about, tell us the property type and how many storeys, and we can usually give you a ballpark the same day.
That is a guide, not a quote. The fixed price comes after we have seen the walls.
What information helps you most?
Photos of every elevation, whether it is currently pebbledash, brick, stone or existing render, and any cracks or hollow patches you have already noticed.
If you have a colour in mind or a house nearby you like the look of, mention it — that saves a lot of back and forth.
